FAQ

How far in advance should I order?

No later than 1 week before your wedding date.

Our team still needs time to organize the flowers, logistics and make your pieces

Can I request specific flowers?

In the 'card message and special delivery' section on the CART page, add in your flower/style requests. If you have them.

In the confirmation email from us we will let you know if that will be a possibility and offer substitutions

What if I need to change my order?

For your change request to be approved you will need to:

  • choose from the options within the Aisle Ready collection
  • email your change request before 4 days before your booking date
  • receive a confirmation email from our team of the change

Do you deliver on weekends?

For this service we only deliver MONDAY - FRIDAY

If your wedding is on the weekend, you're most welcome to select a SATURDAY PICKUP

Can I do a part payment?

Because of the short lead times, we do require full payment for the order to be placed / confirmed

Canceling or postponing my order?

All Postponement and Cancelation requests must be sent to weddings@rustybucket.com.au

  • All requests must be made no later than 4 days before your booking date. After this time there can be no refunds or date movement.
  • You may postpone your order 1 time

You will receive a contract from us after your order is placed, with a full break down of the terms
