Refund policy

Orders that are Floral Based

Dissatisfaction can be communicated with us at any point in time. Please be advised however that we do request photos of the original product(s) to assist in understanding the complaint. The Rusty Bucket Floristry team will do our best to address the issue and rectify the situation within our means.

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call us directly on 0427 687 091 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. Direct contact with our team is required within 24 hrs of flowers/gifts sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers or refund if the original flowers delivered/received are disposed of, thereby making them unavailable for our team to assess the cause of the problem. Furthermore, we do require a clear image of the entire flower bouquet or arrangement in question.

As flowers are perishable, we are unable to replace/refund flower orders due to a simple change of mind. If there is a problem with quality of flowers sent or received, we require a phone call immediately (within 24hrs).
This is not what we wish for and pride ourselves on our premium flowers and their great quality. 

A refund will not be issued if you cannot provide us with a clear image of damage to product. No refund will be issued for a change of mind.

Orders that are Gift Base

Please get in contact with our team if there is any problems with your gift.

Gifts may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Any issues must be reported to us by the sender (not the recipient) within 24 hours of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a clear explanation of the reason for return.

 

Note: All agreed refunds for orders placed online will be refunded back to the payment
method used and a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. Orders over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased.
